Hi Colonel,

Welcome to the game, hope you enjoy it.
I will accept you as the Sheliak, but they are controlled by the AI longer than the other two races. So if you want to switch in a couple of turns let me know. (the Hirogen and the vaadwaur only missed 3 turns not more)
