The "surprise drone" thing might work, but wouldn't you have had to pump a lot of research into cap ship missiles?
I can see it working, but only if you stick to using DUCV and then concentrate all your research on missiles later, which means your cap ships are underarmed. What happens if a lone ship engages your fleet and your drone carriers launch all drones?????????????????
