Man also has one huge advantage: Bards. You don't need relief druids, you can have the same effects from the get go, just recruit bards and set them casting soothing song, having four or five of them in the back row near your other mages will ensure that you have zero fatigue on your combat mages. If you find good indie mage sites, such as High Temple of the Magii or the Metal Order towers, sorceresses or enchantresses, you'll be really set, and the crones and mothers are no slouches either.
