Yes. I had the set done like this since mid november-ish, and Howard just got back to me.

Yeah, I know I've got a mix of UNS and Ob'enn equipment, but they do mix well and there aren't quite enough strictly-UNS designs to fill out the whole set.
Perhaps with the coming war against the Psychobears, we'll collect enough for two full sets.

The escort and frigate are small and civilian enough to bother with paint jobs, I suppose.
The big ships are mostly annie plant and warship armor.
