Parganos (and a bunch of other great and/or popular maps such as Cradle of Dominion or Tyrande (which is great, but only for SP games - sites embedded in the map make it bad for MP games)) can be found here on
Illwinter's site.
Gandalf and Arryn both have other sites with good maps, in Gandalf's case, a plethora of random maps that are regenerated anew daily.
