I agree, I watched it and I quite liked the dark and gritty feel to it. Bastille Day so far has been my favourite (The prison ship), but I never saw the Original BSG. I still enjoy this series though
And I'm shocked we got this programme before you
SG1 started their eighth season long before we got it.
