Hmmm...see I never made backups of data on CD's. Back in the floppy days, sure, it was almost a necessity to make backups. But I always figured the CD would be indestructable (Boy, are those ever famous Last words -- I should get started on backups right now)
But just about every program I've had, I ordered the upgrade to in about a year, so I'd have tons of burnt CD's around. Add to that the many programs I paid for that
never came on disk. I downloaded them and recieved the key to activate.
Maybe we should get into the habit of realizing we paid for the CD key, and not the pLastic disk. 'Cept that doesn't really apply to SE4.
