You may take both of the unlucky traits so that you can maximise your points.
You may take any culuture you wish but MUST take your own race's, and only your own race's, advanced Racial trait.
YOU MUST TAKE the PBW Advanced Research Trait.
NO WARRIOR TRAIT.
You must take only Your own colony type, and no others. (DOUBLE CHECK THIS)
The rest is up to you.
