Riot Runs, Chain Attacks.
1. Someone just did a riot run on me, but he failed. So, a couple of my planets haven't rioted yet, if I build troops on them will the happiness of just that planet increase, or the entire system?
2. Is it possible to do a chain attack by troops? By that I mean, attack a planet, load troops that were dropped on that planet, attack another planet, etc.
