No, they do not stack. Spells of the same type will, others will not.
E.g.: All ghost riders will stack together, and all Horrors will stack together, and all teleporting mages/troops will stack together, but there will be 3 separate battles.

A minor comment - Horrors and GRs stack together. And they're quite synergetic, too. :> |
