Serverius handed a rolled scroll in a round tube. The tube bore not the seal of the Elantrian Senate, but the personal seal of Septimus. Serverius had taken great risks accepting the bribe from Octavian, but despite Octavian's clout, duplicating the seal of the Senate was impossible. They had settled on using the Consul's personal seal. Serverius stared down the masked man, hoping he wouldn't recognize the difference, or at least would not care.

OOC : I need some clarification on the "gold" and "city" thingy. How do I calculate how much gold I have? You said I get income every 15 Posts or one page, so does that mean we have had two periods of income since the IC started on page two? Also you mention you start with one default city for gold, but mention that the default starting cities is three. Also, how much does my +5 Gold Income help me?
