I considered doing the PBEM, but can't seem to get into a good game. I have a lack of understanding when it comes to setting up my empire, and often get tired of waiting for a game host to ALLOW me so I can upload my empire. Then again, as I said before, I don't really know how to UPLOAD my empire. Let alone create one.
