In Dominions 3 Lifedrain has been seperated Health from Fatigue so, I'm sure in Dom3 that some version of Life Drain would be appropriate to such a high blessing. Though Blessings, in general, need to be reworked.

Also in Dominions 3, with Themes being their own seperate nations there will be many more viable nation/themes with more widespread decent sacreds, to bless.
