1. Play By Web is propably very good for internet multiplayer but is there anything for multiplayer over LAN. Something that automatically moves the files and launches SEIV.

2. If you make a mod that has new techs do you have to edit files for every AI player if you want the AI to use the new techs or is it enough to edit the default_ai_research file.
