[Harlock]

A note for this map:

There are at least two provinces on this map that look like water but are actually land. The other is the insea province in eastern parts and the other the gulf in north shore of the west border.
Have these been fixed as water provinces in the other version of this map?

Also to note: If someone is going to play a water nation, it could be fair if someone played the other water nation as well, since this map has quite many water provinces and a lot of coastline.
