PAUL SHELL (mayor of seattle)one of the damn fools in the Seattle government who brought the ever popular, world renown, garuanteed to trash your city- WTO to seattle and then turned around a few months later while everyone still loved him so.. (not).. and bought a tree for the new seattle library, at a whim, for 35,000$....
