How long have you had the firewall installed? The IP in question is the IP for the board. I noticed it stated that you had that IP in your ban list. My guess is somehow
www.shrapnelcommunity.com was banned in your mcafee setup, so when you tried to connect the next time it tried a different port number than 80 to connect to our site, and then our site tried to acknowledge the IP request on that same port number which looks like an inbound hack attempt. Were you trying to access the site at the same time?
I did a quick check and we have nothing that would do a port scan on the server. I also have port monitoring software on my router upstairs and I have no trace of active scans from the server.
Anything else happen wierd right before this?
