can you put in requirments like: requires repair bay, only a certain amount of weapons (like for s special cruiser lets say it needs a repair bay and only 20% can be weapons would that work?) And what about races that have certain techs but other races can steal them can you do that? (not organic and stuff different) HOw would do all this :-d. Thanks guys....mod taking forever hehe.
