We try to respond as quickly as possible to issues, but don't hesitate to question or complain on our forum, or here, if something is bothering you. If we don't get feedback on things we can't get them fixed.
The only thing we ask is that everyone understand that nobody at PBW is being paid for the work we do there. That's how we keep the price so low.
We are all volunteers, and we all have jobs, and lives, and we like to spend some time playing too. We won't
always get to your issue quickly, and we may sometimes give you an answer you don't like. (And occasionally one that is wrong. We do make mistakes unfortunatly. Well Admiral doesn't, but the rest of us are only human.
) But we do care, and we are trying to make PBW and Space Empires the best it can be.
