Weirdly, the base was teleported 1 sector away from one of my invading fleets. This is the 2nd event I've had, the other one being meteorites reducing a planet's conditions. It's kinda annoying when you got a construction yard teleported into the middle of space
Imagine what the civvies taking a tour on that ship would think!
