Afaik it counts as normal Unit and you can Resummon the Unique .

Slightly OT :
You can try to get cheap wraithlords by casting Ghost Riders on your Charm/Hellbind-Heart Squad . That's a Wraith Lord for 5 instead of 40 Deathgems
