BTW.

Tyrrian Lord changed from Tamarian to Federation.
So as soon his emp-file is in, I will start the game (18 players is enough)

BUT If some new player thinks he is FAST with joining and uploading his emp. he is still welcome as the Vaadwaur or the Tamarians.
