Default Upgrade Bug in 1.41
I am using a Mod with inproved shields for bases. The following line is included in the Base shields componant:

Vehicle Type := Base

This seems to work fine when designing new ships (not available) or bases (available). However, when I click on Upgrade for an existing ship design with standard shields, the shields are replaced with the latest Version of the base shields. The base shields are not available to be manaully added to the ship design, but do replace the standard shields when you upgrade.

Has anyone else encountered this problem. Any suggestions?
