Default Mod the number of effects of a spell?
Is it possible to mod the number of effects that a spell has? Like Magma Bolts has 3 effects (3 bolts) and Summon Vine Ogre has 1 effect (1 ogre, without boosting items/abilities).

And on a side note: where do I find a full current listing of all modding commands?
