Pretty easy actually. First, just
try to move your ears. They won't do anything, but if you just tell your body "hey, those things should be doing something" even just for a few seconds every day, within a few days to a week you'll notice a bit of motion when you try. I think your body says "hey, lets get those muscles working! We obviously need them if buddy who owns the body wants them to move!" Just the conscious attempt to move them seems to make the body want to be
able to move them.
