20 players
High tech cost
No stellar manip, religious tech or intel.
100 ship limit
100 units in space limit
Can you defend an empire of 200+ planets with 100 ships? Assuming you can, is there anyway you'd have enough left over to attack your neigbors?
I call it the "last" PBW game because it could quite possibly never end.
Thoughts?
