Wow... long time since I used this. Amazed I remember my password.

Anyways...

With the MEE things. Make it ranged as suggested between xx - yy values and allow it to be custom set for each race.

Not all races will agree on what a MEE is... thus at different times each race will consider you MEE and will stop diplomacy with you and urge others to do the same. Sort of a staggered MEE.
