Hi all
I'm giving the Dominions II demo a bash and one thing that has me thoroughly confused is how resources and admin interact. A couple of questions:
1. If the total admin draw on a province from its neighbours exceeds 100%, does it get equally divided between them?
2. Can a fortress province draw resources from another fortress province?
3. If so, is draw calculated from original resource production or the post draw resource total (can't see how this would work)?
4. Provinces only produce 50% of their potential resources without a fort. Does if you have 40% admin draw, is this 40% of that 50%, or 40% of the full potential of the province? Assuming the later, would the fortless province be left with 10% of its resources or still the full 50%?

I have read the maladjustite walkthrough, and couldnt find any answers there. Please feel free to direct me elsewhere if there is a more in depth study of admin and resources available.
