It's true that we can't violate the NDA, but it's even more true that we can't violate the laws of physics. Since the game that will be released is months away from completion, we really don't know what it will be like. Time is only one-way as far as we know.
Seriously, this is still in the
very early stages of development. Huge amounts of changes could be in the works.
