Not a big micromanagement problem unless you have more then 10 blood hunting provinces but that normally only applies to Faerunlike games

Especially if you play with Zen's spell mod Mictlan is really attractive since with Zen's spell mod there is no wish. So only Mictlan and to a lesser extent Marignon DF + Abysia BoH can get large amounts of blood easily
