I did what you described...

" Suadi Arabia vs Mujahadeen june 2005. Im setting up the Muja side and purchasing Iraqi units(Fanatics) to fight as Mujahadeen. "

OK, I did that. I then clicked on the Allies button then pressed "set Captured" then selected Iraq and pressed continue then bought some infantry type formations ( you didn't specify what you bought. Next time please do so )

When I deploy them on a map with the ID tags on I see a little black flag with a green crecent and star which is the Muja ID

If you are still haveing problems with this send me the scenario
