Possible ways this could occur
(AFAIK):

1) Simulator bug, sim losses are added to the total.

2) The weapon platform took exactly 100% damage by the time combat was over, and was counted towards # lost, but was not removed from the planet.

3) The picture has been doctored.

4) At least 27 weapon platforms have been gifted to this empire and subsequently destroyed in combat. A rebel world could be constructing these using the exact same design and name, since they keep the designs of their parent.

5) Any number of planets holding this platform design have been traded back and forth. Every time you give away the planet, you "lose" many platforms. When the planet is returned, and sold again, you re-lose some of the already-lost platforms.
