No prob - just disable all spyware, trojans, unneeded Win Services etc .. (am I joking? From experience, I'm not sure any more

Run
- DxDiag, save the info as text file
- run MSInfo (last index, button right in the middle), save the Info to txt file
Zip up the files and upload them as attachment.
If you're bored, download
- autoruns (
http://www.sysinternals.com/utilities/autoruns.html)
and post the results, too
If you are very bored or desperate, download - Everest (
http://www.lavalys.com/products/over...?pid=1&lang=en) and fiddle around with it...
As soon as we know hard facts, we can get to work
