The Tome is available at Arryn's site -
http://www.dominions-2.org/ - as is Edi's Unit DB. The Tome can be sorted by unit name or ID# by using the filters (the drop down arrows on the title of each column). Horst and I should have a new version of the Tome out in the next week or so - it's pretty much done, but he's on a vacation and we wanted to tweak a couple more things before releasing it.
On the other hand, Edi's Unit DB is a great tool, too. That's where practically all of the unit info in the Tome came from. And I might add it was recently updated, so it currently contains the most recent unit info that I am aware of that is available for download.
