In order to be "legal" the copyright owners of these shows must have specifically given permission for them to be downloaded. I've not heard of any of the big networks making any deals lately. It could well be a scam, but it might just be a lot of junk. What you'll probably get, if anything at all (i.e. it's not a simple phishing scheme) is TV shows from overseas that you won't even understand (Maybe Japanese?
) or very inane stuff from "community access" channels.
