Well, the rebellion troops are pretty much what you saw on Endor's moon during RotJ (infantry) I'd give them Landspeeders for the other troops, landspeeders with mounted guns for light and medium and a treaded tank for the heavy. Transports... there's one flying off in ESB, the big one with an open bottom, forget the name at the moment. Corellian freighters seem to be all the rage too.
