If I may ask a question, when does this plan dates back to? Or is it an approximate standard for the whole of the Cold War?

Another question, though I guess I already know the answer: does that mean that the Soviets were seriously considering nuke strikes all over Europe in any case? Gee...
Does that mean that ALL our scenarios for fictional conventional/medium-scale East-West engagements should be wasted?

And finally, does that mean that the Polish and East-German troops would go on and invade Denmark on the same line as the Soviets, even in sea/air landings, or were they planned as a second wave?
