Well, there's still stress and frustration, only of a different kind
During move-in, things are always pretty bad, because there is just so much happening. For dorms, you can have approximately 500 students moving in to a completely new place, and they'll usually have a "crew" of parents, siblings, relatives, and friends, so there can easily be thousands of people that have no idea what they're doing. And usually only a few people available to help with all the issues that will inevitably come up. Basically, it's a large train wreck.
After that, you're all settled in, and the new environment isn't the source of the stress and frustration. That moves to your assignments, and University red tape. And sometimes, from the people around you being complete ***********, but that isn't guaranteed like the former are.
But, make good friends, get to know professors, and try to balance your workload, and you'll be fine.
