 As an unemployed molecular biologist/chemist, I've recently gotten caught up in making my own wine.  Its fun, and its kind of like chemistry, I have titrators to measure the sulfite levels I've added, so I don't make people sick.  And there are acid levels to monitor and finings to add.  Then there's a lengthy aging process.  So I can't become a lush, I'm always saving some wine to see if it will get better with time. |
