Re: Missing ship designs.
Its not a matter of insufficient tech. I start a game at high, which give me all tech, and its not all my ships that are missing, just the ones it seems that have larger weapons mounts. If I start a game with low tech then my remaining ship designs are still there they simply say insufficient tech.
