Got curious and found vanilla SEIV for $20 + shipping.

For El Moderatorisisimo AT I will use URL tags. But because I'm me I will co-operate with the letter and not the spirit of the instruction by making the title far longer than the actual URL. Perhaps slightly childish but it makes me laugh.
