USM is compatible with 1.91, but was apparently never updated to include the data file changes of 1.91. If you install it and load SE4 with USM enabled (either via Path.txt or the Mod Launcher) and create a new game, you will have the new strategies available. You can add the USM strategies to any mod by copying the DefaultStrategies.txt file from USM\Data to the Data folder of the mod, or even the stock game. The other important file from USM is Formations.txt. However, it is generally advisable to not make any modifications to the default Data folder. All races installed in the stock game will work in USM.

Perhaps I should update USM with the 1.91 data files...
