I think I had the behaviour confused with another SP game
I'll make sure to check the setting when plotting air strikes from now on.
The way this setting works has always been a point of uncertainty for me - Am I correct in assuming that the setting at the moment I PLOT the attack is the one obeyed, NOT the one at the turn the package arrives? If the former then it's only a matter of checking before, if the latter then it's a more serious issue as we'll have to check every turn that it hasn't been changed by the opponent.
By the way, any chance of implementing the separate settings in a future patch?
