NOTES

there are two light armoured brigade in the French Army : The 6th Light armoured brigade (6e BLB) and The 9th Marines Light armoured brigade (9e BLBIMA).


For overseas operations, the motorised infantry can use Light Trucks VLRA (Light Vehicule for Recognition and support) : VLRA VTT for transport and VLRA AA 20mm for support. The artillery Regiment use Mortar 120mm than field gun 155mm.

For Artillery Batteries : The 6th Light Armoured Brigade use SP Artillery AMX AUF-1 155mm and 9th Marines Light Armoured Brigade use field gun 155mm TRF-1. In the future, one battery will use Ceasar SP Artillery system for overseas operations.

The engineer regiment of the 6th BLB (1st REG) have 4 engineer platoons.
