Gorgo, you didn't, say, but could your apponets be using intel, ie: steal resources or trade disruption against you? or some of the other intel ways to ruin your resources?? Also with crumy planets, research those that give you bonus's, like system wide or planet wide facilities. I also believe that maintenance for all your units etc, is deducted after everything is added but not sure. I would ask SJ, Puke, Atrocities, or some of the other modders, if anyone knows it would be one of them..
