Called the retailer, bringing the computer in tomorrow at 9...unless of course someone has any ideas??? They said it's most likely a hardware problem (which I already knew), and that hardware problems would be covered under the warranty. So yippee, I get a 3 hour round trip drive tomorrow, plus however long I have to wait around...
