Im not sure if this is what you were looking for, but the classic thug SC is just a bane. So:
Wraith Sword (or whatever lifedrainer is easiest for you)
Boots of Flying
Amulet of Luck (or some other luck item)
Send it out like that or tailor it to suit your needs.
