I can offer my part of the TDM-Modpack. 2 of the 3 races are actually Babylon5-Races, but the AI script files could be moved to another race. The Torons are a genuine race witn no copyright problems.

P.S.: I think I can speak for all of the TDM-Modders when I say that all we modders would love to make our AIs available for all SE4 fans.
