The ship sets that use images from known sources like Lucas Arts, Lucas Films, Paramount, Universal, etc.
Those ones would more than likely draw lawyers.
However, if shrapnel clearly states that all images are the works of their respective authors, and claim no profit from them, then perhaps they might be able to include them, but I doubt it.
