The link to the original Newbie FAQ is already provided on the front page, and in Section 0.0, but I've gone ahead and created a Original FAQ credit section in 0.0. I couldn't decide if it should fall under a 0.0.4 or something. That can be discussed in the FAQ for SEIV discussion link provided on the front page of the FAQ here:

The thing with crediting authors of the original FAQ, is that, well, the FAQ for SEIV is expected to be overwritten countless times with updates and such - and even filled in where many blanks on Slick's FAQ still remain. The authors of the FAQ updates are noted in the history log, so even personally signing your changes isn't necessary as your changes are automatically credited to you in the log.
The {{stub}} tag has been convienantly created to mark articles that need further expansion.
Discussion tabs at the top of each article exists to host lengthly discussions about what goes in the article, easily replacing the "Update the FAQ" thread behemoth with something more user-friendly - and customized to each specific FAQ question.
